Sunset Ocean Hues

Wedding Budget: $45,000

What the couple requested and how we made it happen:

I was so touched by Laura and Chris's desire to involve their daughter in the wedding planning process. She quickly became my VIP, and I made sure to include her in many decisions! For example, she personally selected her flower crown and flower girl dress. I also had her attend the tasting so she could choose the meal for all the children.

The most exciting part of involving her was creating a surprise play zone just for her at the reception, complete with arts and crafts and lawn games. She truly is the sweetest, and I'm honored that her parents trusted me to spoil her.

Why they chose to work with us:

“It was honestly the way you presented yourself on the call. Immediately we could feel the energy you have in the way you were already linking our thoughts to an idea you have. You showed value into having Laura do something specific with our daughter.”

Amazing personalized details:

I love incorporating inside jokes into weddings, as these personal touches truly make a couple's day unique and memorable.

Chris has a great story about a running joke that developed around tiny umbrellas in his drinks. Apparently, he was at a bar with friends and requested a specific drink that wasn't available. The bartender instead served him something with a tiny umbrella, and from that point on, it became a running joke that his drinks always had to have one. He even made sure his signature cocktail at the wedding included a tiny umbrella!

It's details like these that really make a wedding special.
